Today is the last day of Smokehouse Thursday for the season… 😞. I want to personally thank everyone for supporting us every Thursday since April. This was our second year of full on BBQ on Thursdays. We always had ribs full time on the menu and will continue to do so. But to do the full 4-7 meats every week was a new undertaking. It all started with a trip to Texas hitting numerous of the top BBQ places in the country and then trying to replicate that .. well then learning from multiple mistakes 🙂. This year we had it dialed in really well and had some great success with everything. We had some great catering events as well. Had the honor to serve the Army Birthday Event for over 700 soldiers and a few great families let us serve there events as well. The cook team did a great job putting it all together, The Servers had a lot fo fun selling it all too. I think there was some sampling going on as well 🙂. I personally enjoyed excelling at the meats. It’s a labor of love that’s for sure. Lots of late nights and early mornings. That was just to put it on for one day 🙂. Much love to the BBQ places that do it full time. I see and feel you. That all being said we will have Our awesome ribs on special Thursdays for the winter. They are also available every night on our regular menu. So thank you again. I’m Going to leave you with some fun facts ….

Cornbread : 1440 slices.

We also went thru 100s of lbs of Pork Steak, Pork Loin and Dino Ribs

We are looking to add to our Serving Team. Must be able to work nights and weekends. No Sundays except for Holidays. Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment. We have immediate shifts available starting on the October Schedule. Training can start asap. 1-2 shifts a week. Top Hourly Base Pay for Servers plus tips. Apply on our website, Indeed or in Person. Our website is still down. The Host Server went down with our provider. They are still working on resolving the issue. It affected multiple sites with there company. We will post as soon as its up and running again. Thank You JS

We have 2 positions available.

First Position we have is a Part Time Cook/Kitchen Prep. You Will be trained in all 4 cook stations. This position will be 1-2 nights a week and fill in shifts. Fridays are mandatory. 2pm-10pm are standard hours. The rest of the shifts will be flexible once trained in. This is a great starting job for someone looking to get into or even back into cooking. We are the top supper club in the area and prepare everything from scratch. We put out some of the top dinner plates around. Join our team and you'll learn some great things. Our Main cook has been here for over 15 years. This position is only available because another very long term employee is hanging his hat after 30 years of on and off service with us. We pride ourselves on long term here.

Second Position Part Time Busser. One of our long term bussers is off to college in a few weeks. This position is Friday and Saturday nights. 4pm - 9pm We will be fairly flexible with scheduling but understand the we need you the majority of the time. So we ask that if you have sports every friday that you don't apply. A weekend off here and there is reasonable. Homecoming, prom and such things like that. This is a great job to learn multitasking and working with a team. Hourly wage plus tips.
