We still haven't received our new case so we will be serving up what we have. There is still a.possibility that they will deliver later today...fingers crossed!

Well, we didnt get the new case od pellets today like we were expecting. We were hoping to be open tomorrow. As soon as we get them we will let you know.

The BBQ seasoning is in and we are getting geared up for today. Yes, even in the rain. The canopy will be out and the fryer will be hot!
We will not be ordering any more White Cheddar for the regular season...maybe in bags at Echo Lake Meats around the holidays?????

Hello Everyone!!!
We will be open this Saturday from Noon until 5pm at Echo Lake Meats. We will only be serving pork rinds and cracklins, no more hot dogs this year.
Once again we are out of Jalapeno White Cheddar and still out of BBQ 😞(Unless the new order comes in by then)
We want to thank everyone for a great summer and hoping the fall is kind this year, lol.

We are still looking to sell the Skinz out of both Echo Lake locations, thank you for being patient. Not all flavors will be available.

Echo Lake has talked us into a few more days...
Today we are out of Jalapeno White Cheddar and Sweet BBQ.
Hope to see all of your smiling faces today. You are truly appreciated and have given this old broad a wonderful summer.

The Skinz trailer is for sale. It is a car hauler that was fitted with solid steel bones. Comes with fryer, refrigerator, shelves, both sinks, etc.
