Beginning October 7, we’re honoring the season with a vibrant three-course prix fixe filled with bold flavors, rich colors, and a little drama at the table.

Think Hamachi and Salmon Tiradito with saffron aguachile, achiote-braised short rib with poblano enchilada, and pumpkin brûlée with salted caramel ice cream and pepita brittle.
