A delicious evening of local flavor! ✨ The Simsbury Inn was proud to participate in Taste of Simsbury, sharing a sweet and savory pairing created for the event.

Guests enjoyed our refreshing Lobster Gazpacho alongside a Glazed Peach Hand Pie with Whipped Bourbon Caramel — two unique bites that brought together fresh seasonal flavors and a little creativity from our culinary team. 🍑🦞
