A special cocktail, created for a special event — and now available for a limited time. 🍸
Introducing The Martlet, a bright, tropical cocktail first crafted for a Westminster gathering and now making its way onto our menu.

Made with Espolòn Blanco Tequila, fresh lemon juice, passionfruit, white crème de cacao, and finished with a sparkling Prosecco topper, it’s a celebratory sip with a name that nods to the Westminster School mascot.
