We closed the book this evening with our final August event. 46 events in 31 days. Cant thank my staff enough for taking the abuse with me. We set back to back to back record weeks, record day all time, record retail day (no catering), record single day pizzas and the big one...record monthly sales.

It doesn't matter how much wherewithal there is in me I cant push this amount of product by myself.

Its easy to climb to the top of the mountain, its hard to stay there. A day will come where we can't maintain this pace, I am just thankful I have the help to make this the #1 mobile woodfired operation for quite a few miles.

We are mostly staying local this labor day weekend. We will be at Twin Kiss on Friday and Halls on Sunday!

The PMM Peters Mountain Market has it all today, Bison 🦬 Burgers, Woodfired Pizza, Deep fried pickle chips, Gluten Free Baked goods (AND PIZZA) Potato Chips fried in beef tallow, Fresh Produce, Dirty Sodas, handmade soaps, pasture raised produce, organic pet treats, wood working, laser engraving, herbal balms,.honey 🍯, native plants, bbq sauce and the list goes on. We got it all right here at the Halifax Fire Company until 3 PM for us. Market runs until 5 PM.
