Trident Sea to Table is reopening the patio next Friday, September 4th with the Belly Busters Wagon and a whole bunch of Blue Crabs (shhhh don’t tell chef, they’re his favorite!!!), fried calamari 🦑, fried Icelandic cod loins 🐠, and some Belly Buster fries!! You won’t want to miss this event!

Check out our specials this week… pan-roasted lollipop lamb rack with a tropical espuma just to get us started!

Our fish special this week comes straight from the south Atlantic, north Caribbean waters — Yellowtail Snapper! Chef is grilling the snapper on a heated block of Himalayan Pink Salt and finishing it with a pineapple, mango, & jalapeño salsa!

But that is not all… Chef has also crafted a Yellowtail Snapper Bundled meal which includes a shrimp cocktail starter with the pineapple, mango, & jalapeño salsa, the snapper entree, and finishes off with a cappuccino & coconut cream pie!
