We are focused on providing high quality goods and unparalleled customer service. Able to choose from an assortment of fresh beverages and food prepared daily, it’s not unusual to see people begin and finish their day here. From baked goods, to coffee and tea in the morning, to soups, salads, and sandwiches for lunch, to a full bar at night known for its craft beers, cocktails, and

wines, it’s common to see people return as they make their way home from work. Following the European tradition, there’s an emphasis on take-out during the day, as customers are encouraged to order and pick up their items at the counter. However, at night, we transform into an establishment that is focused on fun and entertainment, proudly serving pre-prohibition style cocktails sourcing only locally grown herbs to muddle, house-made syrups to sling, and top tier booze to shake and stir. Wrapping up our drink menu, we also serve the industry’s finest craft beers and wines. And finally, we support a diverse music scene by hosting a number of local and visiting musicians from different genres. Customers are greeted with the aroma of brewing coffee, just baked breads, and freshly squeezed juices. They’ll be able to choose from a simple menu ranging from traditional coffees to pour overs made from the freshest coffee beans, teas, juices, and an assortment of baked goods. Before they leave for work, they’ll be able to watch in anticipation as the barista dazzles them with skill and creativity. Customers will be able to choose from an array of homemade soups, salads, Panini’s, and sandwiches with a variety of sides. At 5pm, we transition to our dinner menu. Customers will be able to enjoy full meals and specials, as well as beverages from an extensive list of classic cocktails, craft beers, and savory wines. Sunday Brunch (temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19). Customers will be able to select from special breakfast and lunch combinations, all of which are unique, with options to sample fresh squeezed juice, pour over coffee, or a classic cocktail.

Who are we?

We’re located in Seneca, South Carolina, and we’re thrilled to serve this portion of the upstate! The owner of 313 Cafe finds his origins in Detroit -- which is where the name 313 comes from. Our restaurant strives to combine the upstates hospitality, authenticity, and love for good food with Detroit's love for music, work ethic, and good times!

We serve delicious entrees with locally-sourced ingredients, cocktails, craft beers, locally roasted coffee, smoothies, freshly-squeezed juices, and more. Our environment is created to provide you with a comfortable place to relax, and we like to think of ourselves as a local hangout! We serve day and night to fit your needs as a customer!

Following the European tradition, there’s an emphasis on take-out during the day, as customers are welcome to order and pick up their items at the counter. We also invite customers to join us in our cafe to study, collaborate together, have gatherings, and enjoy our aesthetics. The night culture will transform our establishment into a place to enjoy food, entertainment, and alcohol! We’ll be serving pre-prohibition style cocktails, craft beer, and select wines, and our coffee menu will still be available during this time. We love supporting musicians from our area for your entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights!
