Welcoming Old Caz Milk Stout to the tap list 🍻

Chewy mouthfeel, sweet body and generous notes of chocolate roast make this a beer you could drink with your meal or have as dessert!

“If there is one place in Sonoma County that is wilder than Old Caz Road, it would have to be Skaggs. This spot is so off the beaten path that it looks like you are in a different state. The trees change, the animals seem bigger, and your cell phone becomes a worthless lump in your pocket. From the first batches of homebrew we made, we always wanted to name a beer after Skaggs. This wouldn’t be just any beer; it would be dark, robust, and have some meat on its body. The kind of beer you could lean on when things got tough, and it would lean back with confidence”

Spring has certainly sprung and with the weather changing, a lot of local farms are thriving! This gives us an even better opportunity to support local producers while also still focusing on organics. Many of our seasonal organic ingredients are coming from various Sonoma County farms via !

FEED is a local farmer owned cooperative that helps local farmers distribute their produce. This food network consists of over 60 North Bay Farms supporting ecologically sustainable practices!

It’s always ceviche season at Handline (see photographic evidence above) but we’re especially fond of the spring Rosarito’s Ceviche, which just hit the menu!

This variation features rock cod cured in lime juice with pickled green garlic, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, and aleppo chile flakes. As always, served with broken house-made tostada!

The beautiful thing about this time of year is that it's a great season for both oysters and sparkling wine. This were turning our sights towards the Love Sparkling Chenin by our Bay Area neighbors !
