The excitement is building as we count down to another great year of food, fun, rides, games, and community at Jefferson Township Volunteer Fire Company.

We're excited to welcome SunShine Shows, LLC as our midway provider for 2026, bringing all your favorite rides and attractions to the mountain!

🍽️ Be sure to check out our Nightly Kitchen Food Specials featured in the flyer below. From Stuffed Peppers to Steak & Cheese Hoagies, there's something different to enjoy each night of the carnival.

We're also proud to continue supporting National Bakery by featuring their products throughout our kitchen all week long. Whether it's a hoagie roll, hard roll or fresh dough, you'll be enjoying a local favorite with many of our specialty menu items.

Stop #61 on The Taste Tour Powered by National Bakery brought us to Harding's Dairy Bar & Golf in Tunkhannock! Harding’s is famous for its smoked barbecue, delicious ice cream, and family-friendly fun like mini golf. While Harding’s has been a dairy farm for more than 70 years, they’ve been serving up amazing food, sweet treats, and memorable experiences since 1978.
