Distilled in Michoacán with espadincillo agave, corn, pasilla chile, cinnamon, and tejocote. La Luna founder Salvador “Chava” Chávez grew up here in Sonoma County, which makes the collaboration feel even more special.

You’ll find it across all Stark restaurants, poured neat or in our signature cocktail, The Stark Side of the Moon. La Luna Mezcal, Aperol, Luxardo, lime. 🥃✨
