Have you tried our iced vanilla latte with toasted marshmallow cream yet?
We torch the marshmallow cream right on top. It's made with Bella Rosa espresso and our house-made marshmallow cream, the same toasted marshmallow cream that goes into some of our ice cream flavors. It's sweet, smoky, creamy, and completely over the top in the best way.
You can also get our signature Honeycomb Latte, made with house-made honeycomb. Both are available hot or iced.

Four years ago we opened our doors at 320 W 3rd St with a tank of liquid nitrogen, a lot of organic Strauss cream, and a belief that Santa Rosa deserved ice cream made fresh in small batches right in front of you. Four years later, the fog is still rolling and the line still wraps around the case on a good day.
Thank you to every single person who has walked in, tried a Flight Wednesday, grabbed a pint to go, or just stopped by to say hi. You turned a little shop into a neighborhood spot, and that means everything to us.
Here's to year five. The magic is still in the fog.

We use Straus Family Creamery organic cream in every batch. Straus is a family-owned dairy right here in Northern California, and they've been producing organic, pasture-raised dairy for decades. When you start with cream that good, you can taste the difference.

New flavor alert. Lavender Honeycomb is in the case.
This one is made with our house-made honeycomb, the same honeycomb we use in our signature Honeycomb Latte, folded into a creamy lavender base. It's floral without being perfumey, sweet without being heavy, and crunchy in all the right places.
We make the honeycomb from scratch right here in the shop. That's the kind of detail that makes small-batch ice cream worth the trip.

Coffee and ice cream in the same place. That's not an accident, it's the whole point.

We pull shots with locally roasted Bella Rosa espresso, serve up fresh Costeaux pastries, and make over 50 flavors of liquid nitrogen ice cream from scratch. You can get a latte at 8am and come back for a scoop at 8pm. Or just do both at the same time. We encourage that.
