We need to ensure it is safe and sound for use, so we ask that visitors do not pull up to or walk onto the dock until it is deemed safe to do so. We will share updates when available! Thank you! 🌊

The Bay will be closing for the rest of today/tonight to prep for the incoming severe weather from Hurricane Isaias.

We appreciate your understand that the safety of all our staff and guests comes first. We plan to reopen Sunday, October 11. We will post updates if anything changes.

🌀 Hurricane Isaias Closure Update 🌀
With Hurricane Isaias approaching, the safety of our guests and our team comes first. All Chef Jim Shirley restaurants will stop seating for dinner at 7 PM TONIGHT, Thursday, October 8.

We will be CLOSED Friday, October 9 and Saturday, October 10:⁠

We'll reopen ALL locations Sunday, October 11 for lunch service, including Great Southern Café.

Join us at The Bay for a day full of w**e education as we host the WSET Level 1 Award in W**es Certification Course!⁠

W**e lovers, both consumer-level and those entering the w**e or hospitality trade, are welcome to join us to become Level 1 Award certified during this educational and entertaining course. The course includes a full day of Level 1 instruction with your w**e educator, Joanne Close DipWSET. You'll learn the main styles and types of w**e, the characteristics of the primary w**e grape varieties, food pairings, w**e service and tasting technique, and the legal and health issues surrounding w**e and service.⁠
