Let me provide a review of Chef David and Team - EXCELLENT!! We had gluten free diners, we had vegetarian diners and protein freaks. Chef David provided two outstanding meals meeting everyones dietary requests and all we had to do was sit down and enjoy our evening. I believe the word amazing is over used however, our dinners were exactly that "AMAZING". We even had leftovers which were perfect for lunch the next day. Oddly, this week I had a family member ask if she could request the recipe for the gluten free cheese cake he prepared for one of our desserts, it was delicious.
I would welcome Chef David into my home again anytime!
