What an experience I’ll never forget this past week I had no idea what to expect. This was my first time ever coming to this event and I’ll be honest it was very overwhelming but once I settled in, I felt like family amongst Pizza makers and producers of all things Pizza. I ran into old friends and made new ones and realized just how small this culinary and Pizza community is. Just good vibes all around and amazing pizza. I’ve never eaten so much pizza in my entire life, but I couldn’t stop because the pizza was just baller at every turn. I even tried my first real Italian beef, which was wtf delicious. I I got to spend time with the guys who made my oven and gave me passes to this three day event Thank you!
I got to spend time with my mentor who trained me the proper way to make Neapolitan pizza. The coolest thing was to meet the producers who make my products that I put on my pizzas. I got to personally thank them for their amazing stuff and they were so gracious and it just felt like community to me. I really love the pizza community and I can’t wait to come back next year!
