Hand-rolled pasta filled with slow-braised brisket, caramelized onions & smoked mozzarella, finished with Parmesan cream & crispy shallots.

🏔️ Brisket dello Spluga
Tender slow-braised brisket served over creamy cacio e pepe polenta, with roasted cipollini onions, pan juices & fresh gremolata.

There’s a little family history behind this one: owner Sara’s family raised cattle on Lake Como and would walk their herd up to the Spluga Pass for the summer pastures, returning to Como for the winter. Her family still has homes in both Como and Spluga today. A little piece of family history brought to the Arnoldi’s menu. 🇮🇹🏔️

🌙 Harvest Moon Ravioli
Pumpkin & butternut squash ravioli in a mascarpone sage cream with crispy sage, toasted walnuts & Parmigiano-Reggiano.

🍗 Italian Fried Chicken
Crispy fried chicken served over creamy cacio e pepe polenta with a fresh arugula salad.

🍹 Garden Berry Spritz
Fresh blackberry-thyme syrup, lemon juice, rosemary-infused Campari, Prosecco & soda water — all made fresh in house.
