Please welcome Lantern Ridge’s newest team member: my newborn daughter, Emily! 👶❤️

Her résumé was blank. She slept through the interview. And her demands included unlimited milk breaks, frequent naps, and being carried through every shift.

Naturally, we hired her on the spot. 😂

As a family business, we take “starting them young” pretty seriously. Welcome to the team, Emily—you already have management wrapped around your tiny finger. 🥰
