Some dishes perform the inexplainable and transport us to a place we’ve maybe only visited in our dreams -- nostalgia -- it’s one of those things best experienced rather than explained. It’s possible we’ve recently launched your next obsession 🍔. Our house-made black bean burger is highlighting some fresh & bold flavor. Served with a cilantro slaw, chipotle mayo, sliced heirloom tomatoes, and a corn salsa. Some may even say it’s their favorite burger rendition we’ve done yet. 😎✨

🌱Veg Heads - starting this week, we’re going to be closed for lunch Tuesday through Friday. We’ll still be open for dinner at 4:30 on these days.

Truth be told, our weekday lunches have been slow for a while, but that’s only part of the story. This change not only allows us to focus on providing the best weekday dinner service possible - it also allows us to focus our attention on other Veg projects that excite us, but haven’t had the capacity to develop. We’re talking farm feature dinners, researching and experimenting more sustainable alternatives, forging stronger partnerships with local farms and businesses, more catering opportunities, the list is endless. Scaling back in order to scale up, and become exactly the restaurant we’ve set out to be.

To our weekday lunch friends - we hope to still see you for dinner! And to Jen next door at Sugar Shack Boutique - I’ll still be here, just text me if you want coffee and I’ll run it next door…🫶
