🚨🚨🚨UPDATES🚨🚨🚨
We're currently CLOSED for family times, R & R, and a bit of concept shifting.
Our plan is to stay closed till Sunday the 7th. Our NEW hours (for now) will be 11am-7pm.
When we come back, things are going to look and feel a bit different. In all honestly, the restaurant is not doing great. We are doing everything we can think of to try to stay open for ya.
So, when we come back... we'll be operating more as a bar that has food, rather than a restaurant with a bar. ANNNNND, we'll be quadrupling (at least) our cold case grab-&-go items. PLUSSSS, we're planning on working closely with to bring in some of their incredible products. There had been talk of bringing on some baked goods too!
So, yeah. A bar with vegan food that also doubles as a vegan market of sorts. It seems like, from our conversations with y'all, that this is THE WAY.
Please take it easy on us as we settle in to, and figure out how to run this thing. We will be operating with half of the staff that we WERE operating with. We REALLY WANT to get back to a hospitality-centric model as soon as possible, but we'll have to work up to it.
Thanks for reading! And thanks for all the support these last seven months. Y'all are WHY we do this thing and we want to keep doing it for ya. And even tho we're struggling, we are SO VERY EXCITED to try out this new concept and keep on serving you. Here's to the new year!

Last chance saloon.
It's our last night open for the year, folks. It's your last chance to come on in to our home away from home and check out this menu. It's yummy. And, for us, it's a bittersweet-surrender (as Big Head Todd himself might say).
We're taking some time off. Time off to spend with family, chosen-family and good friends. Time off to rest, recuperate, re-imagine and refresh. Time off because we all deserve it! That's the surrender.
But, we'll miss y'all. That's the bittersweet part. Serving y'all, these last seven months has been our absolutel pleasure... and we, truly, cannot wait to get back to it.
First, rest.
N-E-WAYYY, tonight, we're doing it ONE 👏 LAST 👏 TIME 👏 !!! Come thru! Eat! Drink! Experience merriment! Whatever you do, have a safe, happy and healthy holiday season y'all. We love you 🫵

🚨🚨 THREE DAYS LEFT 🚨🚨
Ooops! You only have three, count em, one-two-THREE days left to try this year.
Yep! We're closing up for the year on Wednesday. Our staff needs family time, R & R, and a bit of time to re-imagine the concept.
So, today... tomorrow... and Wednesday come in and try some things! The menu will be a-changin'.

🚨🚨 Special Hours Today 🚨🚨
That's right y'all, we're doing the thing with , again!
From 11-4 today, we'll be slingin' this special menu while y'all pick up your Butcher's Son orders.
And not only that, we'll have , AND .bayky set up in the back with their incredible baked goods.
We had grand plans to run our full menu inside and McBurly's outside... but, whispers of rain made us change our tune a bit. Even tho it's not gonna rain till later, we're still going to keep everything in-of-doors.
We've heard there's about a hundred of y'all coming thru for your orders! We're excited to seeya!
Have a food, have a drink, grab your goods! We'll have our famous smoked tofu and pumpkin cheesecakes available to take home. 😋

Happy birthday, sweet Tara!
We couldn't do it without her. had her Disneyland birthday trip last week and she's back in action ! So, of course chef Ashley had to make her some cupcakes.
We sang the song and ate delicious spice cakes with vegan buttercream and peanut butter popcorn topping. They were divine.
But, seriously, happy birthday Tara! You deserve to be celebrated!!!

🚨🚨 We're doing it again! 🚨🚨
is teaming up with for another holiday-feast-pick-up & vegan-extravaganza!
That's right folks, we did it over the November holiday... we're doing it all again for December! But, this time we've learned some things.
We'll be having and back, but this time, we've got .bayky joining us as well! Yayyyy!
Last time, the wait for for was real long... and, most of y'all seemed to want it to go. So, this time, we'll be running 's outside for "fast-food" to-go. And, well be running sliders, shareables & draaanks inside for folks who want to hang out with us.
It's ALL an experiment folks, so please bear with us. We only THINK this is the solution lol.
We are just so very excited and proud about this, y'all. We really hope to see y'all. And then... we'll only be open for three more days this year. We're closing up for the year on the 20th for family times rest, recuperation, and restructuring.
Come on out on the 17th, y'all! 11-4. All are welcome.
