BEER CRAWL! we will have a few items for beer crawl in downtown this evening (friday) you do not have to participate to get these special items. These will be the only items this evening.

House made jalapeño cheddar sausage dog with LA white sauce, stone ground mustard, onion and cilantro on french bread.

Smoked brisket cheesesteaks with pepperjack, LA white sauce, onion and bell peppers on french bread.

Regular lunch menu until 3pm

Kicking off beer crawl/evening special menu around 5:30.

Yesterday was a great day attending the sausage class from at and seeing so many friends, business owners, and meeting new people who all share the same interest. This class was great for BOTH beginners and advanced patrons alike and as always, as fun and entertaining as it is instructional. As a small business owner its important to constantly adapt and update in a world where change happens rapidly and this was very beneficial. I always keep the mindset that If you think youre done learning, then you are. Thank you Bill for being such a good steward of not only innovative modern techniques but also the history of this specific craft and Tracy for hosting this to be able to be brought to our area.

Wednesday (2-18-26) we will be running brisket cheesesteaks and fries for lunch from 11-2 for some added hours this week. This will be all we are serving for Wednesday and our full menu is Thursday-Saturday 11-3 or sold out.
