The 4th of July is always our favorite day of the year for serving bbq, but it’s now time to take a break and get some repairs taken care of. Our smokers will still be rolling to catch up on some cooking from our busiest day of the year, but we will be closed Monday 7/6 for maintenance.

This isn’t just an award to us—it’s a reminder that every early morning tending the pits, every long day, every late night, and every meal served with care has been worth it because of you.

To every family that has celebrated life’s milestones around our tables, every customer who has become a friend, every person who has recommended us, brought a first-time visitor, or simply chosen us for lunch or dinner… thank you. Your support has carried us through the years, and we never take it for granted.

Hot Rod’s is especially grateful for our incredible team. They show up every day with hard work, heart, and a commitment to serving this community with excellence. This honor belongs to them just as much as it does to us.
