Today, I want to make some noise about the delicious coffee grown and produced in Chiapas, Mexico. Historically, coffees produced in Mexico were considered second-tier and used in coffee blends. However, today, the high-grown coffee in Chiapas is creating a lot of buzz! In the cup, it is clean and balanced, with notes of chocolate, toffee, and dark berries.

The beans are roasted and available this weekend:

Saturday at the Whiterock Farmer's Market from 8am to 12pm

Sunday at the Lakewood Farmer's Market from 9am to 1pm
