We closed the shop, loaded up The Gelato Lab, and rolled it straight into Walsh Middle School. 💚

Not for a party. Not for a paycheck. Just to say thank you.

Our own kids go to school right here in Round Rock — which means every day, the teachers and staff at Walsh pour everything they’ve got into other people’s kids like they’re their own. So we scooped 200+ cups of scratch-made gelato for the people who take care of ours. Our treat, start to finish.

And that room? Pure joy. Teachers lighting up over the first bite, sneaking back for seconds, going “wait — this is HOMEMADE?” 🍦

To the Walsh Wildcats staff: thank you. For our kids, and for everybody’s kids. You made our whole week.

We loaded the Gelato Lab, and rolled into Walsh Middle School to thank the teachers and staff who take care of our kids every single day — ours included. 💚 Watching that room light up was the best part of our week. Thank you, Walsh PTA, for making it happen.

It all started with a trip to the grocery store… 🍪✨

When inspiration strikes in the cookie aisle, you turn it into fresh, artisanal gelato! Our Biscoff flavor went from an idea on a store shelf to one of our top best-sellers—and one bite will tell you why.

Come grab a scoop before this batch runs out! 🍨

Okay, you asked — so we're doing it one more time. 🥹

A bunch of you have messaged us asking for one final swap before the album closes, and we couldn't say no. So this is it. The last one. For real this time.

Bring your doubles, someone in this room needs it. And you probably need whatever they've been hoarding.

📅 This Saturday, August 15th
🕒 3–6 PM
📍 The Gelato Lab — 1500 S A.W. Grimes Blvd Ste 160, Round Rock

Come trade, hang out, and grab a scoop with us. We've loved watching these albums fill up all summer — let's get yours finished together.

See you Saturday? 🍦⚽

We made the news! 📰🍦 Community Impact featured The Gelato Lab and we had to let our littlest team member share it. Fresh gelato made in-house every day — real milk, cream & fruit, 18+ flavors, and a wall full of kids’ artwork. Thank you Round Rock for making a family dream come true. Come say hi! 💛
