Some flavors just have their people. 😂🤎

And if the comments around here have taught me anything, White Chocolate Ginger Cookies definitely have theirs.

Soft, warmly spiced ginger cookies dipped in creamy white chocolate — cozy, a little unexpected, and one of those flavors that just feels like fall. 🍂

They’re part of this month’s Fall Bake Drop, available by the half dozen or dozen for October 17 pickup.

This one deserves a proper introduction. 🤎✨

Banana Nut Cake — but in true Jaybird fashion, I couldn’t leave well enough alone. 😂

Two layers of warmly spiced banana nut cake with a cinnamon brown sugar streusel baked right into each layer, finished with a light brown butter vanilla cream cheese frosting.

And let me tell you… that frosting may have just earned itself a permanent place in the Jaybird kitchen. 🤤

For a 60th birthday, I kept the design warm and elegant with a semi-naked finish, chopped pecans, an imperfect gilded edge, and simple gold candles.

Sometimes the best cakes are the ones where the flavor gets to be the star. 🤎

Custom cakes start at $85.

Some bakes are extra special. 💗🎂

This Pumpkin Spice Coffee Crumb Cake went to my grandmother’s birthday group luncheon this week — her request, and my birthday gift to her. 🩷🎃

This version got a little extra love with pecans mixed into that cinnamon crumb topping, and I may be biased… but fall baking is really showing off right now. 😂
