Where are my SPICY food lovers. This one turned out much HOTTER than I expected. Mark & I just had a bowl of it for dinner and we both said it it HOT. It is a creamy chicken enchilada soup made with hatch green chilis. I have 3 32oz containers of it for $22 each.

Tasty Table is taking the weekend off from cooking to spend with our kids on a much needed, short vacation. Although I do have 3 events that I prepared food for over the weekend while I’m gone. I have an extra dozen and a half jalapeños available. Thanks to my sweet hubby. I would have 2 full dozen but I might have eaten a few. And let’s just say that all jalapeño’s are not created equally. lol I got a hold of a HOT one. But the other 3 that I ate were VERY mild.

This list of foods I did today is long and I am officially tired. Stuffed mushrooms, stuffed peppers, deviled potatoes, king ranch casseroles, vegetarian baked ziti, regular baked ziti, chicken parm casseroles and I made the stuffing for my bacon wrapped jalapeño’s which are on tomorrows list of things to do along with chicken bacon ranch and cheese enchiladas and possibly chicken spaghetti.

Ok I had a special order for several things I’ve never made or even heard of. I did the crab stuffed mushrooms with an Allá Panna sauce, Peppadew peppers stuffed with garden vegetable cream cheese and pimento cheese & deviled potatoes. The deviled potatoes are essentially mini potato salad bites. Lol I have two more dishes coming tomorrow.
