I delivered some individual meals to one of my customers this evening and one of the dishes was a grilled chicken salad with Cesar dressing.

I catered the monthly birthday dinner at Firewheel Town Village tonight with chicken Alfredo w/fettuccini, garlic bread and salad. And I didn’t spill it in my car this time. Lol

Just finished the last of 27 lasagnas I made for a church event. I also did a small restock of my own. Yall have kept me sold out on these beef lasagnas lately. They are selling as fast as I can make them.

Tasty Table sponsored a meal for the teacher at Ouida Baley Middle School tonight. They had meet the teacher so the PTA asked me to feee them between end of school day and parent’s arrivals. I served chicken Alfredo with fettuccine, garlic bread and salad.

We are having one of these yummy Seagroves Family Mexican Casseroles with this delicious homemade Mexican rice tonight. I made a pan of both for one of my customers as well. This one is a “fresh” not frozen meal. If you haven’t tried it you need too.

Just made a full size chicken bacon ranch for one of my customers so I put 2 8x8 and a mini in the freezer as well. The mini is spoken for but I have the other 2 available.

I think I’m finally done in the kitchen for today. My last dish of the day is some queso chicken enchiladas that were a special order for a new customer. I have one extra half pan. It is $25.
