Fleet! We have secured a 3rd place finish, and I am standing on the deck humbled by the overwhelming power of the Captain’s Hands. To my family, my crew, and every friend who stood watch during this high-octane voyage—this victory is yours. Without your unwavering support and tireless energy, reaching this position on the leaderboard wouldn’t have even been possible. You are the anchors that held me steady, and I am forever in your debt for helping the Pirate Chef navigate these competitive waters to a podium finish.
I must extend a heartfelt salute to my new brother and dear friend, Patrick Williams, the Aloha Chef. Patrick is a class act and the real McCoy, personifying the true Aloha spirit in every word and action. The work he is doing with his foundation in Hawaii to uplift his community is truly legendary, and he serves as a massive inspiration to myself and everyone fortunate enough to know him. I would relish the opportunity to join forces and contribute to his mission in the islands. To be a part of something that impactful would be an honor I’d pursue with "no quarter" given.
Finally, my deepest gratitude goes to the James Beard Foundation, the incredible Carla Hall, and the entire Favorite Chef 2026 team for providing this incredible platform. It has been a tactical operation from start to finish, and I am humbled to have been counted among such elite culinary talent.
