ROCKLEDGE… IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING!!

After a journey that took a little longer than we ever imagined, our business license was officially approved yesterday!!! 😭

And if everything continues to fall into place, we are shooting to open our doors NEXT WEDNESDAY!!! A lot of prep to do 😍

But listen… this is going to be a SOFTTTTT opening. And when we say soft, we mean SOFT. 🤣🤣🤣 We learned a few things the first time around! 😂 We want to give our new team time to learn, adjust, get comfortable and make sure we can give Rockledge the experience you deserve.

There are so many people who have been part of bringing this location to life. From construction, painting, installations, inspections, permits, employees, friends, family, customers encouraging us along the way—and everyone who put even a small piece of their work into this place—THANK YOU. ❤️
Isabel Castro Drawnbylance DJ Epoxy Solutions

This journey has tested our patience more times than we can count, but through every delay, every obstacle and every moment we wondered WHEN?! 🤣, God continued to make a way.

We have said it from the beginning and we’ll say it again: this is His timing, His blessing, and His glory. 🙏🏼

And to ROCKLEDGE… thank you for the incredible amount of love you have already shown us before we’ve even opened the doors. We see you stopping by, peeking through the windows and asking us every day when we’re opening. 🥹❤️

Well… NEXT WEEK IS FINALLY YOUR WEEK!!!

YESSSS!!! Only at our PSJ location! 🚀🥯🍟

And listen… if you feel like adding fries to your bagel sandwich, PLEASE DO 🤣 We will happily make that happen for you!

With the addition of our ghost kitchen wing concept at PSJ, Space Coast Wings Ghost Kitchen. we started looking at those fryers and thinking… 🤔 why not turn the fryers on in the morning too!!
There are so many fun and delicious things we can create right out of our PSJ kitchen!

Good afternoon, Rocket Bagels family! 🚀🥯❤️

According to earthly timelines, we’re still waiting on our first business license inspection to officially open the doors of Rocket Bagels Rockledge…

But according to us? It’s in God’s hands and God’s timing. 🙏

And while we continue working on the final details, we just have to say something:

ROCKLEDGE… WE SEE YOU!!! 👀❤️

We see you pulling into the parking lot.
We see you walking up to the doors.
We see you checking to see if we’re open yet. ♥️🥯

And we cannot even begin to tell you how much that means to us. Rockledge where Rocket Bagels deli & catering was born 😍 almost 2 years ago 🫶

We’re sorry this process has taken longer than we originally expected. We know you’re ready — and trust us, WE ARE READY TOO! 😎

One thing we can promise you:

Rocket Bagels WILL be serving Rockledge very, very soon. 🚀

Until then, we’ll keep working, preparing, praying, and making sure that when those doors finally open, we are ready to give Rockledge the Rocket Bagels experience you’ve been waiting for.

Thank you for your patience.
Thank you for believing in us.
And most importantly, thank you for showing us this much love BEFORE WE’VE EVEN OPENED OUR DOORS! ❤️🥹

*In God’s time. In God’s hands. And when those doors open — WE’LL BE READY FOR YOU! 🙏
