We had such a good time last week we'll be back at Crystal Spring Grocery Co. this Sunday for our special YBQ Sunday barbecue lunch.

Here's what's on the menu:

YBQ SPECIAL: Pulled pork + this week’s smoker special, two sides, pickles & white bread
PULLED PORK: By the half-pound or on a sandwich
SMOKED SAUSAGE: Weekly rotating YBM sausage (it's Andouille this week!)
BURNERS BEEF ALLBEEF HOT DOG: Plain or Carolina-style with chili, slaw & onions
CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH: B&B Pickles, Alabama white sauce, BBQ spice
FROM THE SMOKER: Weekly special! This week it's Burnt Ends

👉SIDES

TALLOW FRIES: Hand-cut, twice-fried in local beef tallow, sea salt
VINEGAR SLAW: Classic vinegar slaw with a little twang
BRAISED COLLARDS: Southern-style, braised low and slow
MAC & CHEESE: Three-cheese mac with YBM bacon lardons

🍇l'Herre Les Parcellaires de l'Herré Sauvignon Gris
Dry, high-acid, medium-bodied with a medium-plus finish, this French wine is more aromatic than a Sauvignon Blanc and keeps with the vibrant character typical of Cotes de Gascogne.

🍇Waterkloof 'Circumstance' Cabernet Sauvignon
Fresh and supple on the palate, with fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with minimal intervention and wild yeast fermentation.
