Labor Day Weekend is here, and we’re kicking it off with three brand-new additions to the Butteri menu:

💚 Elphaba — A wickedly tart sour green apple gelato with a rich caramel swirl. Sweet, sour and just a little bit dramatic.

🧋 Thai Me Down — Our high-octane take on Thai iced tea: bold, creamy, fragrant and packed with that unmistakable Thai tea flavor.

🌕 Harvest Moon — Crisp apple c***r transformed into a bright, refreshing sorbet. Pure fall in a cup — and dairy-free, too.

And because a three-day weekend deserves more gelato, Butteri will be OPEN on Labor Day, Monday, from 10am–9pm. 🇺🇸🍨

We’re back — and we’ve got a big announcement! 🎉

We had a great vacation, but we’re very happy to be back at Butteri. Stop in this week for all your summer favorites while they’re still here — a few of them will be disappearing soon to make room for our Fall menu. 🍂

Last year, we were completely blown away by the response to our Día de los Mu***os Mask Making Contest. We had so many incredible, creative entries that there was really only one thing to do:

BRING IT BACK! 💀🌼

Starting this Friday, stop by Butteri Gelato to pick up a paper mâché mask and entry form. Decorate it any way you like, bring it back by September 27, and we’ll display the masks in the shop for everyone to see.

Voting begins September 30, and we’ll announce the winner on October 31.

🏝️ HELP US GO ON VACATION EARLY. 😂

We’ve had an absolutely incredible summer. And thanks in part to two viral TikTok influencers, things got a little crazy around here—in the best possible way. People have been making the trip to Butteri from Lemoore, Eureka and just about everywhere in between.

We are incredibly grateful.

We are also... ready for a break. 😂

So Butteri is taking a little R&R from August 22 through September 1. We’ll be back, rested and ready to scoop, on September 2.

But here’s the deal: you may be able to send us on vacation a few hours early.

When you start with good, fresh ingredients, the color comes naturally. Real ingredients already have their own beautiful colors, and we’re happy to let them show.
