Our warm-weather take on the classic French dish starts with a rich fish fumé and a saffron-infused broth layered with garlic, tomatoes, and fennel. Sweet summer squash and shrimp bring seasonal flavor, while a rotating market catch lets us showcase the freshest seafood available.
