Meet Madelyn Gleeson, our Beverage Director! 🍸

A Richmond native, Madelyn’s love for bartending began at 15 as a prep cook, where she discovered her passion for transforming simple ingredients into something extraordinary. She eventually transitioned behind the bar and quickly advanced into management.

Today, Madelyn leads the bar programs at Slack Tide Fish Co. and Fuss & Feathers, where she creates inventive cocktails with balanced, bold flavors and brings creativity and warmth to every guest experience.

We’re proud to have Madelyn behind the bar, elevating Richmond’s food and beverage scene one sip at a time. 🍸🦪

Our chilled octopus is all about texture and bold flavor. We slow-cook it until perfectly tender, grill it over charcoal, then chill and thinly slice it.

Inspired by the traditions of Sichuan cuisine, it's tossed in a house-made chili oil with mala seasoning for that signature spicy, numbing kick, then finished with crisp shaved celtuce, fresh cilantro, and layers of flavor that make for an addicting bite!
