Today, I had the pleasure of creating a menu for University of MN Extension(Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships). This event was an evening of storytelling from project recipients about the impacts their projects have had on their communities. I am honored to feed folks in support of a significant cornerstone of new ideas and projects.

I was so excited to hear the event was at Oak Center General Store, as I’ve heard so much about it being brought to life again and having live music in the cultural gem of a space. I hope to visit more!
