Welcome to Capo's "Ristorante Italiano"! Here you will find excellent food, great prices, and superior service are our main goals. We offer daily specials that are sure to please as well as a wide variety of Italian favorites that have satisfied our patrons for over 45 years. We also offer beer and wine. We have plentiful deck seating next to the river for the warm days. In the winter we offer an

incomparable view of the ski area Platinum Chair base and an indoor fireplace. We make our own sauces in our kitchen fresh every day using authentic Italian recipes. Our reputation for excellent sauces is well known throughout New Mexico. At Capo's you don't have to be health conscious because we already are. We are proud to say we use only the finest ingredients in everything we prepare. We are able to accommodate large parties with reservations (Please call 575-754-6297). With advance notice, we also have a banquet room available for up to 58 guests and offer a five-item banquet menu we can customize together with you for your party's preferences. Also, a wide range of all-inclusive packages can be set up ranging from a pizza party to a formal business meeting. At Capos, our team's simple formula for success shows in our satisfied customers.
