Our Rio Grande Sotol is made from wild-harvested desert spoon shrub that grows in the deserts of northern Mexico. We use the fresh harvest and distill with pure mountain water to create a lively, smoky palate with an earthy and herbaceous long finish.

We are happy to welcome the Red River Classic Car Show to town on June 6th! 🏎️

Come up to Red River for a day of hot rods, pristine paintjobs, and the friendliest car snobs. The event runs from 9 AM to 4 PM right next door to us in Brandenburg Park.

We know the cars won't be the only ones needing fuel, take a pit stop down to the brewery for some great grub and delicious drinks!

This June, we’re teaming up with Enchanted Circle Trout Unlimited, a nonprofit dedicated to the conservation of freshwater streams, rivers, and associated upland habitats for trout, other aquatic species, and people.

There's two ways you can help us protect the New Mexican waterways we know and love:
