A wet Saturday calls for meat and potatoes. Lucky for all of us Chef Dave completely agrees. Smokehouse Saturday is one of our favorite weekly specials and always delivers! Come hang on our covered patio to stay dry and enjoy this week's feature- Bone In Beef Short Rib, smoked and braised in beef stock over mashed potatoes and covered with smoked beef jus.
