That’s the concept behind Beasley’s Chicken + Honey, an ode to Chef Ashley Christensen’s North Carolina roots. Growing up in Kernersville, NC, her mother would cook a classic, “learned-at-her-grandmother’s elbow” fried chicken, drizzled with honey harvested by her father, a truck driver and amateur beekeeper. That memory, reimagined through a lighter, modern lens, is the star of the show for Carol

ina natives and travelers alike. Choose from white and dark meat for your fried chicken, alongside fresh sides like roasted tomato and cabbage slaw, pimento mac ‘n’ cheese—and of course, a crisp waffle or an impossibly flaky biscuit. These are just a few of the reimagined staples you’ll find on the Beasley’s menu. More surprising is our Champagne list, one of our favorite fried chicken pairings, which ranges from everyday Brut to special occasion bottles. (Then again, there’s always several local drafts on tap.) No matter what you pair it with, we invite you to settle in for a lively night with friends and family, enjoying service as inviting as our menu’s comfort food classics.

This special PRIDE edition will be hosted by the dazzling Chloe Cassidy, featuring fierce performances by the amazing Paris Brooks-Bonet, the enchanting Chanté Elise Cassidy, and the electrifying Bee, with beats by the incomparable Cory Arnold that will keep you dancing all day!
