A cooking class with Crissy comes with healthy food, nutrition facts, random kitchen lessons, and ALL this personality! 😂👩🏽‍🍳

Cone Health raffled off an interactive group healthy cooking class with me, and we had 11 participants making healthy Mediterranean chicken wrap and some turned theirs into salads! 🥗🌯

We also covered the difference between a garlic BULB and a garlic CLOVE… because the recipe calls for 4 cloves, NOT 4 bulbs! 🤦🏽‍♀️😂🧄

Good food, lots of laughs, and a great time. That’s how we LeanBack! ❤️
