Most days, your pizza is on the table in 15–20 minutes. But every once in a while, the dining room and patio fills up, takeout orders pour in, and tickets start stacking.

On those nights, we have a choice.

We can cut corners… or we can keep making every pizza the same way we’ve always believed in.

Every dough is hand stretched.
Every pizza is built to order.
Every order gets the same care, whether it’s the first pizza of the day or the hundredth.

That was true when we started Truckin Pizza and it’s still true today at ZA.

We’ll always work to improve our speed. But we won’t sacrifice the quality that brought us here.

Wow… what a night.

We are so incredibly grateful for everyone who chose to spend their evening with us. We were absolutely slammed with a full dining room, takeout, and delivery orders all hitting at once, and our team gave it everything they had.

To those who waited patiently and showed us kindness, thank you. And to those we let down with longer-than-usual wait times, we see you. We know we can do better, we’re always learning, and we truly hope you’ll give us another chance.
