It's earth day! Every order of falafel made at Nura and is packed with planet friendly ingredients like chickpeas, a drought resistant wonder crop that fixes nitrogen into the soil and fresh herbs and spices! We always use domestic US grown Chickpeas in an effort to limit our carbon footprint!

We and our staff have made the decision to close tomorrow in solidarity with our immigrant community and in an act of defiance against the current administrations use of brute force against humanity.

We are repulsed by the use of force shown by the far rights gustapo tactics and believe in the act of protesting as a first amendment right. Only people have the power to make lasting change and we must show that we know where the power lies.

Consider where you spend your money always, remember that small businesses keep money in the local economy and out of the hands of big business. Tomorrow especially, do not support national chains and boxes stores who will profit more off the lack of small business competition.
