We have both inside and outside seating year-round. Dogs are welcome on our outdoor patio and follow our Pupper-guests on Instagram . Our daily draft menu is available on our website: https://foundationbrew.com/draft-menu/

Our Pizza Kitchen serves Detroit-Style Square Pizza as well as a changing menu of snacks. https://foundationbrew.com/food-menu/

Our kitchen stops taking orders 45 minutes before the brewery closes, and the bar does last call 15 minutes before close. Please email us with any other questions that can't be answered on our website at [email protected].

It’s Grilled Cheese weather! Tuesday Pop-up, grilled cheeses and tomato soup all day!

1. Regular grilled cheese, made with three cheeses on our pizza dough for a panini-like experience with some frico edges!
2. Pickled Pepper version
3. Ham & Cheese version

Add a cup of roasted tomato soup!

Tuesday pop-ups have moved to our inside kitchen but we are going to have comfort food classic specials all fall long! Join us very Tuesday for new pop-up specials!

Are you looking for a fun, chill Book Club now that it feels like fall? Come join us at Foundation Brewing for our monthly book club co-hosted with Print Bookstore on the second Thursday of each month.

Tomorrow, Thursday October 8th is our first meeting of the new season at 6pm at the brewery. It’s a kick-off, Meet & Greet meeting. Come hang out, and meet other members of the Club. We have a regular group of about 15-20 who come each month.

The graphic shows the first six books that we’ll be reading. November’s book is A Visit from the Goon Squad by Jennifer Egan. That meeting will be on Thursday, November 12th at 6pm.

Any questions, just post here and I’ll be sure to answer them.

THREE THINGS at the brewery this week!

1. NEW IPA alert! Roadside Attraction. All South Pacific hops, 7% alc/vol. Delicious and ultra-cool Maine label.

2. Tuesday Pop-up is Grilled Cheeses and Roasted Tomato Soup. Perfect for this weather we’ve been having. Come check out our take on a grilled cheese. 5-7pm.

3. Saturday, noon kick, Michigan takes on Minnesota in the Little Brown Jug! Watch Party at the brewery.
