What a massive weekend at Pocono Raceway! The team over here at Scarlet Fire completely knocked it out of the park for the NASCAR and ARCA Menards Series crowd.

We were officially SOLD OUT after a grueling, fast-paced weekend of slinging wood-fired pies to hungry race fans. Between the incredible energy of the track, the roaring engines, and a community that clearly knows good pizza when they taste it, it couldn't have been a better run.

Huge shoutout to the crew for surviving the heat, keeping the fire burning, and feeding the masses. It was an absolute whirlwind of a weekend, and we left nothing but empty dough trays and happy race fans in their wake!

Risking it all to chase the dollar...
Left last week with my trailer- 3 tire blow-outs, 6 total tire changes, and my door ripping off coming over the Savannah bridge. Then, my truck wouldn't start. A pricey tow, a $750 mechanic bill, on top of $1600 in tires...my trailer is scrap. Luckily, I met a Northeaster willing to build me another trailer in less than 3 weeks.
