58 years ago today, the doors to VanGilder’s Jubilee Restaurant opened.

Believe it or not… we don’t have a single photo from opening day.

That’s probably because our parents, Bill and Jean, weren’t worried about taking pictures or cutting ribbons. They were too busy rolling up their sleeves, pouring coffee, cooking breakfast, and welcoming their very first customers. That’s how the Jubilee began, not with fanfare, but with hard work, determination, and a dream.

Today, 58 years later, we realize just how many people have been part of this journey. To our customers, thank you for letting us be part of your everyday meals, weekend traditions, celebrations, family gatherings, and special occasions. Whether you’ve been coming here for decades or just found us recently, we’re grateful you’ve chosen to spend your time around our tables.

To the hundreds of employees who have been part of the Jubilee over the years, thank you. Whether you worked here for one summer or made the Jubilee your career, your hard work and dedication helped build the Jubilee into what it is today.

And to our community, thank you for supporting a local, family-owned restaurant for 58 years. We know you have choices, and we’re grateful you’ve chosen us.

From our family to yours, thank you for 58 wonderful years of memories, laughter, and support. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you.

Every anniversary, we bring back a customer favorite as our way of saying thank you for another wonderful year.

This Sunday, as we celebrate 58 years, our nostalgic 2-2-2 Breakfast Special returns for just $5.80.

🍳 2 eggs
🥞 2 pancakes or Toast
🥓 2 strips of bacon

🗓️ Sunday only
🕗 8:00 AM–9:30 AM
⏰ You must be seated by 9:30 AM to receive the special.

It’s a little taste of the past, a fun anniversary tradition, and our way of thanking you for 58 amazing years of memories. We hope you’ll join us!

We're keeping our 58th Anniversary celebration a little more low-key this year—but that doesn't make it any less special. In fact, we're bringing back some of the things that have made the Jubilee a favorite for generations.

☀️ Start your Sunday with our famous Two-Too-To Special for just $5.80
🕗 8:00–9:30 AM (must be seated by 9:30 AM)

🍳 All weekend long, we're serving up classic breakfast and dinner specials, including some longtime favorites from years past.

🎶 And to wrap up our anniversary weekend, we're welcoming back an old friend. Join Matt Beck on the patio from 6:00–9:00 PM for an evening of great music, good food, and summer nights under the lights.

It may be a quieter celebration this year, but we're grateful for 58 wonderful years and for everyone who's been part of our story. We hope you'll spend a little of your Sunday with us.

Cloudy skies call for comfort food!
We have some delicious breakfast and lunch specials waiting for you this week. From our Churros French Toast and Pulled Pork Benedict to our Blackened Salmon Caesar and Cattleman's Burger, there's something for everyone. Cloudy/Rainy days make the perfect excuse to grab a friend, catch up over a great meal, and enjoy a relaxing visit.

We'll take care of the cooking, you just bring the conversation.

We’re opening the restaurant and pub for one special Monday night! Join us for dinner, drinks plus watch USA 🇺🇸 vs. Belgium 🇧🇪 at 8 PM in the pub with World Cup specials.

We don’t open on many Mondays, so make plans to join us for a fun night at the Jubilee!

Welcome to Jubilee Restaurant in Pocono Pines! We offer American cuisine for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy craft beers, mimosas, and Bloody Marys. Join us in our restaurant, pub, or patio. Live music Saturdays and Wednesdays (patio season).
