We were incredibly proud to host the James Beard Dinner on April 11th—an unforgettable evening centered around exceptional food, purpose, and community.
Thanks to the generosity of our guests and donors, we were honored to present a $7,500 contribution to support the foundation’s mission of “Good Food for Good”.
The , named after the legendary “Dean of American Cookery,” is dedicated to shaping the future of the culinary world. From scholarships and mentorships to grants and national recognition across food, media, and hospitality, their work continues to elevate and support the next generation of talent.
We’re especially proud to share that our very own Chef Kristen was a recipient of a JBF scholarship—an achievement that reflects the heart and passion behind everything we do.
Events like this—often inspired by the intimate, one-night-only dining experiences at the James Beard House in NYC—remind us how powerful food can be when it brings people together for something greater. That same level of intention, detail, and experience is what led to the launch of our catering division, —bringing The Refinery beyond our doors and into private events, celebrations, and curated gatherings.
