This soup yall - local mushrooms grown by a nurse in our community who also owns Leslie’s Gourmet Mushrooms - it’s packed with lions mane, oyster mushroom, herbs, wild rice and cream… such a treat and local sourdough toast points for dipping 🤤 this evening we’re running an encore Mediterranean meal that is off the flavor chart! A light fresh meal full of all those favorites like tzatziki- artichoke- sun-dried tomato- red onion- olives- and more

This week… what exciting things on the menu including a start with Leslie’s Gourmet Mushrooms… this nurse at Cannon Memorial also grows mushrooms for her community and we’ll have soup full of her hard works. Chef Chris is making a Bison Bolognese and a Roast with Hunter’s Sauce all in the same week - Bradford farms is stocking us with Purple Hull Peas and Mustard greens …Billy at Hagood Mill gives us the hook up on that good Hagood Mill Cornbread
