This building has lived a lot of lives and Rise Over Run is proud to be its steward for its next phase.

Built in 1960 as Pedro’s Mexican Restaurant, it later became Tom & Tiny’s Restaurant, the Eye Opener Restaurant, and then the Eye Opener vintage showroom—and soon Rise Over Run. Being able to celebrate its addition to the Phoenix Historic Properties Register with the families who were part of those earlier chapters was genuinely special.
