Saffron JAK Original Stonebread Pizza Truck brings its unique brand of pizzas to the streets of the Valley! Our pizzas are made with a delicious Persian sourdough flatbread (Sangak bread) that you can only find here! We search for the best ingredients available and strive to work with the local food community to keep it fresh! Come and join us for the best pizza around. We are pretty easy on the eyes too….. JAK Brothers Jayson and Jaymes Khademi are passionate food monsters that have grown up by the rule “Try any food once. Then try it again to make sure”. We offer the basics, but with an upgrade.. SAFFRON JAK HOUSE TURKEY SAUSAGE- We love our pork but the masses have spoken. Lower in fat but still tastes like awesome sausage! We have rotating special pizzas based on seasons, chef collaborations, how we are feeling that day, the position of the moon……Look for them weekly! a few examples...

Did you hear?? Our Coffee & Cream got voted Best Craft Beer of 2022 in the Valley by Phoenix New Times! We put a lot of work into making beers that we hope make it so any beer drinker can find a favorite on list, so to be awarded like this is truly humbling.

As always, you can find this and all of our other beers here in our Taproom. But if you're out and about looking for some of our offerings in cans, you can find this award winner plus some of our other favorites in select stores around the Valley!

We love baking bread and making pizza. If you like either of those, you might dig working with us.
looking for part time 30 hours. Week.
We are a one-of-a-kind Wholesale and retail bakery bakery in Arizona specializing in Persian flatbread. We also bake other customs bread products for clients across the valley such as Walter Station brewery, Huss brewery, Dynamite bar, the Bunkhouse, the Grand, Arcadia premium, plus our own catering and food truck operations.
You will have to like getting up early because we get up early!
We generally start between 4 and 6am Tuesday-Saturday, Sundays and Mondays off. Looking for some experience, but can also train if you are looking to get your start into the world of bread and pastry baking.
You would also be helping with random food jobs in the kitchen as we are also a licensed food processor and prepare a few foods for different kitchens.
We are an easy place to work at, have consistent hours, and opportunities to grow.
