Beef and Veggie Witches Brew
Perfect for The Fall season and just in time for the winter months this is a classic stew made with a twist it is also tonight's
1 lb of stew meat
One bag of baby carrots
One bag of baby red potatoes
One bunch of celery chopped
One can of diced tomatoes
Three shakes of Italian seasoning
Three shakes of garlic salt
Three shakes of pink salt
Three shakes of black pepper
1 tsp of garlic
1 cup of crushed and ground Gouda
Take a 4 quart pot fill it up to a quarter of the way full
Put vegetables into a container with seasonings do the same with the meat in a separate container shake and bake it only you're not baking it
Add seasoned ingredients to the pot cook for 30 to 35 minutes until potatoes and vegetables are super soft
Depending on the size of pot can serve anywhere from 6 to 8 people
