We’re opening up every day from here on out with coffee, brunch + bottle shop hours 8a-2p.

Our version brings the ginataang kangkong, with coconut, spinach, garlic + shallot, to the mornings by wrapping it in puff pastry.

We’re calling it the Sysco-conut Bistro…consider it our take on the coffee shop spinach puff. 🌱🥐

We really love our Bibingka Waffle. Inspired by the traditional Filipino baked rice cake, this 🧇 is a little bit bouncy, a little bit coconutty, and naturally gluten-free for our friends that don’t often get to have pastry at breakfast.

It comes with ginger maple syrup + cured yolk whip, so you can doctor it up however it feels right for you.
