It’s Monday, but we’re still rocking over here! We have a fun little special for you! We’re calling her the Bicolano Chicken Sandwich, our fun spin on a Buffalo Chicken Sando.

Ours is topped with a quick slaw of Napa, calamansi, and chive- and then we slide a few of our pickles underneath a crispy, sauced up chicken thigh. She’s about a 4 on the heat level, but number 1 in our hearts.

We’re pumped how this Ginisang Tofu turned out, and are too eager to share it with you. We’ve crisp up this tofu and toss it in braised wood ear mushrooms. It’s rich and deep, and is so unbelievably delicious. It’s on special this evening, but we’re confident we will be seeing this again!

Oh, and did we mention it’s vegan and gluten free?!

We’ve got a fun special for the weekend- introducing Pulutan Platter! This tray includes our Filipino BBQ Ribs, Inihaw na Hipon (grilled shrimp), Maruyang Mais (corn fritters), and our Ensaladang Sariwa. We’re loving all these new additions- this one just make the menu 👀

Did you know we offer Happy Hour anywhere in the restaurant? Any reservations between 5pm and 5:45pm are able to enjoy Happy Hour, in addition to all walk-ins!
In addition, we’re going to be doing rotating happy hour cocktails to go alongside our food menu.

Our Cocktail of the Week is the Writer’s Retreat, a twist on a classic Hemingway Daiquiri featuring Cachaça, Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur, Grapefruit, and Lime. While we aren’t using “double the rum” as Hemingway preferred, the Writer’s Retreat leads with citrus and finishes with muted sweetness. Available for $9 during Happy Hour and $14 throughout Dinners Service.

Who doesn’t LOVE shrimp cocktail?! We’ve got a fun special on tonight through the weekend. We poach these babies in a sinigang-esque court bouillon, and serve them along side a ramekin of our tamarind cocktail sauce. Come beat the heat with these little cool treats!
