Rhubarb Season! Chris is featuring a clover club made with beautiful rhubarb coming out of , one of our local farms we love in New Jersey. The rhubarb is juiced and made into a syrup, shaken with gin, egg white, lime and balanced out with a little bit of vermouth. Here for a limited time!

We’re thrilled to officially introduce Miles LoBuglio in his new role as Executive Sous Chef at Little Water. Over the last year Miles has played a huge part in the growth of the kitchen and is deeply invested in both the craft and the people around him. He continues to lead with care, consistency and a strong sense of teamwork. We’re very grateful to have him helping lead this next chapter with us!!
