Two weeks of Valentina. 🤍🍝

We’re incredibly grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown us since opening our doors. From familiar faces to new ones, seeing our tables filled and our restaurant come to life has made these first weeks so special.

This is only the beginning, and we’re so excited for all the beautiful evenings still to come. ✨

Thank you, Fairmount, for such a warm welcome. We can’t wait to keep serving you. ❤️

On Mondays, the kitchen at Valentina Ristorante isn’t closed for dinner — it’s open for something even better. 👨‍🍳🍝

Chef Landi is bringing his hands-on approach right to our Fairmount dining room. Every Monday, roll up your sleeves and learn the techniques behind the handmade pasta, sauces, and small plates that make our menu what it is.

Whether you’re a first-timer with a rolling pin or you’ve been dreaming of making pasta from scratch, this is for you.

Love this idea? Drop a ❤️ below and let us know what you’d want to learn first — pasta, sauce, or dessert!
