Turns out World Cup lunch was pretty good! Keeping it around Friday through Sunday going forward.
Thank you to Fairmount and all the visitors from around the world for keeping us extremely busy for a month and a half (I think we might be a New Zealand bar now?) It was a special time for us and for Philly. It meant a ton of extra hours for our staff, but they showed up with great attitudes the whole way through, and it was well worth it to be part of something that made so many people happy.
We got to try out a lot of new things like lunch service, extended hours, different specials, and it was just a really cool time to work in restaurants.
Now that we’ve had a couple days to rest up and figure out our next steps we decided a couple things are sticking around…as mentioned, lunch is staying Friday through Sunday, but also the kitchen’s staying open an hour later every night!
